Explicit or Implicit
Should a business agreement be explicit or implicit?
Explicit means "carefully spelled out" or "fully developed." In contrast, implicit means "not specifically spelled out," "vague," or "not stated, but known through what is expressed."
Therefore, to protect one's interest, a business agreement should be explicit.
